Immigration Law
One person stays with your file from the first meeting to the decision. At every stage we discuss where things stand, the likely outcomes and the cost in advance; nothing is left vague.
Contact UsThe first meeting is solution-focused
What most people need first is not litigation but a clear answer: what are my options, how long will this take, what will it cost? The first meeting exists to answer exactly those questions.
The office works mainly in immigration law, followed by tourism, family and inheritance law. A large share of our files comes from foreign nationals living in Türkiye and from Turkish citizens abroad, so powers of attorney, apostilles and obtaining documents from abroad are routine for us.
In every file we first weigh settlement and administrative remedies, and go to court when those do not produce a result. Some claims are subject to strict time limits, so it is worth speaking as soon as you notice the problem.
Yours sincerely,
Avukat Esra Ateş

Esra Ateş Law & Consultancy was founded in Istanbul by attorney Esra Ateş. After graduating from the Marmara University Faculty of Law she began practising under the roof of the office she founded, and continues to practise there today.
Every file begins with a chronology of the events and the collection of documents. We assess from the outset which legal route is open, which time limits are running and what the other side is likely to argue. We share the procedural and hearing calendar with the client and report every development in writing.
We know very well that the work we do is harder than it looks from the outside. Running important cases for many clients at the same time brings all kinds of problems. Rather than looking for reasons why a problem cannot be solved, we concentrate on how it will be solved. That is why, while running these matters, we produce "solutions" rather than "excuses".
The office concentrates on immigration, family and inheritance law, and also handles real estate, commercial, compensation and labour matters among the areas listed below.
The latest developments in law, important decisions and informative articles prepared for you.
