1. The Lawyer-Client Relationship

Visiting the site, filling in a form or sending an e-mail does not by itself create a lawyer-client relationship. That relationship arises only after a meeting and the execution of a power of attorney. Information you send us before then is treated confidentially, but we recommend that you do not share sensitive details at first contact so that a conflict-of-interest check can be carried out.

2. The Calculators

The diminished value, compensation and expropriation calculators on this site are designed to give an approximate idea. Results vary according to the allocation of fault in the file, expert reports, current case law and changes in legislation. Calculator output is not an official expert calculation and is not a commitment.

3. Currency of the Information

Legislation and case law change frequently. Articles reflect the legal position at the date of publication and may since have become out of date. The date an article was updated is shown on the page.

4. Copyright

All articles, images and calculators on this site are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. The content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without attribution and permission. Short quotations are permitted provided the source and a link are given.

5. Comment Rules

In comments on blog articles:

• No insults, threats, discriminatory or unlawful content may be posted
• Advertising, spam and unrelated links are not published
• Personal data of third parties (names, case numbers, addresses and so on) may not be shared
• Details of your own case are better sent through our contact channels than posted in a comment

Comments are moderated before publication. Comments that breach these rules may not be published, or may be removed later. The author of a comment is responsible for its content.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

7. Limitation of Liability
